Permits required by San Joaquin County.   Della has a lifetime of experience working with horses.  

4 Riding Arena's one covered 120 x 100 with stalls  6 round pens 120' 80' - 60' - 50' -50' - 40' - 40' Automatic waters in all stall & pens.  Stall's low Maintenance and  some has rubber mats  100 x120  covered arena  Pens with cover 30 x 24    2 wash racks regular water /  lights inside barn  Access to trial riding, We feed  ALFALFA / GRASS hay twice a day.   2 hot walkers.to tie to

Prices are all included $350.00.00 We feed hay twice a day, ?Extra cost if you want us to feed your grain   Extra price for cleaning your pen $45.00 per month  Special Price for Pony under 500 lb  Boarder tack Room with saddle racks Handicap facilities.  parking and bathrooms.
